Heading to my walk-through in Palmetto Bay

Today is the day we close on one of our listings.  But first, we all meet at the house to make sure it was kept in the same condition from the date of inspections.  We check to make sure everything is there, as it states in the contract, and the condition is standard, except for normal wear and tear.  A walk-through should never be ignored.  It is part of the transaction right before the closing.
