This chart shows all Miami Dade County listings, Pendings and Solds. You will see that Inventory is way down (-34.7%), Pending Sales are up (+11.8%), and a Recently Solds are down (-17.1%). This is a very general chart. I placed it here to show you just the shear decline in inventory over the past year. I will post more specific charts for Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay.
