Wendy Levy-Jackson- A seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of dedicated service, Wendy has consistently ranked within the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Associates nationally. Her ambition and commitment to her clients inspired her son Adam and his wife Jennifer to create a successful partnership over 14 years ago. Sought after for her real estate knowledge and expertise, Wendy has participated on numerous panels and has led various round table meetings to assist with the continued advancement of her real estate peers. Wendy has spent the last 30+ years in South Florida with an impeccable reputation amongest her past and current clients and her peers in the real estate community. Wendy is also a long time member of the Master Brokers Forum, the top 250 agents in Miami-Dade County.
Adam Levy- Applying his five year experience in the construction of luxury homes, Adam has excelled as a top producing Broker-Associate for the past 14 1/2 years. Specializing in new construction and quality re-sales, Adam is a state licensed Residential Contractor and a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction. His passion for quality building, architectural layouts and effective floor plan designs has been an instrumental resource for both his buyers and sellers alike. After a few years, Adam stepped up his real estate knowledge and dedication and became a Broker. After completing over 70 hours of classroom study and state examination, Adam became a Broker-Associate. Adam is also an Advisory Board Member of the exclusive Master Brokers Forum in Miami. These attributes separate him from 99% of all other realtors out there.
Jennifer Levy- Handling the fine details of the real estate transaction, Jennifer’s background in education has provided her the dedication to inform and respond to the individual concerns of her buyers and sellers. After achieving a Masters in Education, Jennifer focused her efforts on the real estate industry and has been a top-producing Realtor-Associate for the past 8 years.
Liz Ward- Elizabeth Ward has lived in Miami for more than 20 years. She graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in English and loved the city so much that she decided to stay. Liz taught school in Miami-Dade County for a number of years, teaching middle school English, Journalism and Creative Writing. Liz began her real estate career about 10 years ago. She is a proven professional and puts all of her customers needs first. She is diligent and works from listing to closing, keeping everyone up to date and informed. She has affiliations with all the local real estate associations. Her credentials include Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist and she has Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification.
